I currently have a lot of light colored morphs and my wife has shown a great deal of interest in darker morphs lately. So my question is what would you all recommend as a morph that maintains their dark coloring well without looking to much like a normal? I've looked at black pastels, cinnamon, and axanthics but am not sure what direction I would like to go. The axanthic looks killer as a juvenile but brown out some as they get older and having to fight the recessive gene for a brownish snake does not sound too appealing. Any recommendations as to what you all enjoy the most? My wife loves this hobby as much as me and I'd love to be able to get something that speaks to her like the whites and yellows do to me.
