Would not using the seal wrap over the tub, so letting in some air circulation, prevent condensation? Would it work?
Egg boxes seems difficult to setup but it's really easy.

    Here is what I do

I have 7 quarts sterilite eggs boxes with light difuser, in which I put 4 cups of perlite, and 2 cups of water, and I do not use press and seal.

This has never failed me, condensation is close to none, it only starts building up during the last week of incubation which is normal as the egg temperture will rise up.

It's a fool proof headach free method for me, eggs don't dry out or get wet. I put them in the incubator and forget about them for the next couple of weeks
