So, the response to most any caging question seems to be "go get a T8!", but some of those saying so will further advise to get one that can be divided, "so you can put another BP in there!" A lot of herpers seem to be doing just that, which leads me to wonder if 24"x24" of floor space is big enough for an adult, wouldn't someone with only one BP and no plans to get more be fine with just a T3, or even a T1? Or are all these people just putting young pythons in each half of a T8, and moving them into bigger quarters when they reach full size? For my part I'm trying to decide on long-term housing for my 85 gram juvenile who is currently in a glass 10 gallon, which has of course been awful to maintain proper levels. And these enclosures are expensive, more so after learning today that our cat's diabetic and all that that is going to cost us...
