SD retic banged up her face

So today was feeding day and my SD Kalatoa got a bit excited and struck the cage door as I went to feed her. She's now got a slightly dented top lip but doesn't seem to be affecting her, took her rat just fine, drank some water after. Is it likely snagged on an upper tooth? Should I intervene? I'm probably just overly worried but I'd appreciate any input or advice from those of you that have had this happen before. Thanks a ton!
Seems pretty minor, and apologies for the crappy cell pic, but I'd rather be overly cautious rather than not and have it turn out to be a bigger deal than I think. It's her right side of her top lip, left side in the pic.
