Question Brown spot/thing on ball pythons eyes?

I received my Lesserbee ball python 3 weeks ago and he is doing fantastic. He is 2 months old, hasn't missed a meal, looks healthy, sleeps in his hide during the day an explores late at night usually after 10pm, shows no signs of aggression an has never attempted to bite me he seems to enjoy me getting him out to explore an hangout, he is just darling.
When I first got him I noticed a brown spot/thing on his eye I immediately thought it was a mite an inspected him and my hand's, and the bag he was shipped in for any signs of mites an have found none, i inspect him every time I get him out an have seen no mites on him. I'm wondering if this could be a health concern or maybe something caused by a bad shed regarding his eye caps?
I've been waiting to see if it clears up or goes away after he sheds but he hasn't yet so wanted to ask you guys. I've searched the internet with no luck however I did read they can get streaks in their eyes if the humidity is too low. His hot spot heat is 90° and humidity fluctuates between 55-60%

this was the day I got him exactly 3 weeks ago

    This was today
