    First babies in 20 years

It has been nearly 20 years since I last hatched ball pythons (I am a central American boa guy), but last year I got sucked back into ball pythons with a trade offer. Since then I have built up a small group (about 35 animals), mainly relating to banana, blackhead, bamboo, ghi, and hypo combos. This season I paired a male banana lesser with a pastel genetic stripe and she produced 6 eggs. These hatched a few days ago (day 57 at 88oF), and all of the babies were out today (day 59). We got the following, all het for genetic stripe (excuse the bad Iphone pics). These are in an incubator in my lab and my good camera is at home. Better pics once they shed and feed.

    Banana

    Banana Lesser

    Banana Lesser Pastel

    Lesser Pastel

Thanks for looking. Now i have to decide if I keep one or two.
