    Cleopatra's first feeding...

I purchased 'Cleopatra,' an enchi pastel hatchling last Saturday at the San Diego Reptile Show from The Reptile Shop, based out of Temecula, CA. I spoke with Guy and John, and they were both great answering my questions.

Anyhow, I thought I'd try feeding her tonight for her first meal in her new environment. She was on live adult mice, but I offered her a live rat pup and she took it like a champ - - a great feeding response! From strike to swallowing the tail, it took her less than ten minutes .
