I have 7 snakes in a stack of 5 pvc/glass cages, five of which are my beloved ball pythons. People seem to have either a couple snakes or MANY more snakes. For those with an intermediate number, how do you display your animals in your home? My hobbies are too wide ranging. I have a 3x2x6 rat cage, a 75 gallon aquarium, a 10 gallon divided betta tank (I've had up to 4 at once), a 2x2x5 display of cresties, my husband's leo (lives in his academic bookcase in a glass cage), aaaaaaaand of course my own snakes.

That's not getting into any /other/ aquaria or terraria I want to get/build in the future. Am I doomed? Do I need to plan on creating an animal room even though I like having my creatures on display in common areas? How do /you/ guys place your cages in your home when you don't keep a reptile room?

When we buy a home (or build) we may very well build it around vivaria just so we can have a home that suits every single resident, right down to the smallest gecko. That and start charging admission as a zoo. lol. I'm so grateful my husband is almost as crazy for our animals as I am.
