    Problem feeder eating finally

After almost 3 months of my young snake not eating, it's finally going well.

I ended up taking her to the vet who tube fed her a bit. They suggested force feeding her small bits of food to get her system going and see what happens. I was highly against the idea, but they showed me how to do it and I had a vet's blessing.

I ended up giving her a pinky mouse (which was a little more difficult than they made it look). She wasnt too happy about it, but she ate it.

A few days later, I went to give her another one. She wanted no parts of it at first, but after a couple of minutes, I picked her up to go through the process, and she ended up snatching the pinky. Partial Success!

A few more days went by, I tangled a pinky mouse in the tub again, she immediately struck at it, knocked it off the tongs and sent it flying out of the tub. Complete success!

Now every time she sees me, she gets into position for food x.x Maybe later on this week i'll give her a rat fuzzy (her proper food), putting her on a 5 day schedule until she gets some weight on her.

Im sure people here are highly against forcing, and I wouldn't suggest doing it without first visiting the vet. But it was done safely and it got my girl eating finally.
