My female rat weighs 201 grams, is she ready to breed?

Just bought a few rats a month or two ago from the pet store, they were very young, not sure how old. Just weighed one of the females and she came in at 201 grams. Is she big enough to breed? If not, what should she weigh?

Right now I have the males and females separated, just waiting until they are old enough to put them together. Probably will put one male and one female in a separate cage for a couple weeks, then put them back in the groups of males / females. Then pair up another set for a couple weeks and spread out the babies, then move out the females into separate cages to have babies.
