    Feeding Rate/Size?

    Hey guys,

I've had my Dominican Red Mountain Boas for about two months now and have been feeding them 2 pinkies each per week. My question is would it be safer/healthier to feed them one slightly larger pinky every 5 days instead? Or even 2 slightly larger pinkies every 5 days? (The slightly larger pinkies are about the same size as the thickest parts of their bodies).

I was asking this because it seems that they are growing extremely slow and they are constantly hungry and looking for food even a day or two after feeding. I would like them to grow faster but I am not some kind of crazy guy that wants to grow them as fast as possible with no regard to their health. As such I would like them to grow at the fastest possible healthy rate.

All this in consideration what would be the best feeding schedule for these guys? (just for some perspective one is about 20 grams and the other is about 30).

    Thanks,
    Greg
