Then again, a non-response may be normal and I'm unrealistic. Regardless, we're taking care of it and well knock these little nasties out.
Wanted to add this to say right after I posted this I did hear from the vendor and he was apologetic, had suggestions, and offered to send ivermectin to help get rid of them, so I feel better now
