Hi guys, I just got my first ball python, a 4 month old male enchi, and I have a few questions.
I'd also just like general advice as this is my first snake ever, I'm super excited to have him, and I don't want to mess anything up.
My first question is, should I take him out of his normal container to feed him? The local breeder I got him from fed every Sunday, and I figured I should keep that routine up for his comfort. I did quite a bit of reading before getting him, and I saw a lot of back and forth information about whether it's okay to feed them in their normal tank or not. Some things said they can become aggressive around feeding time if you feed them in their tank, because they associate the tank with food. Some said it made no difference whatsoever, and that moving them might actually make it more complicated because then you have to have two set ups with heat so that you don't have to bother them by moving them back to their normal tank directly after eating.
So, thoughts, advice?

my second question is, any suggestions on a name? I know they don't really respond to names like dogs do, but for sentimental reasons I totally want to name him, but I'm terrible at deciding on anything.
I originally thought maybe something composer related, cause I play cello.
Bach?
Ludwig?
Beethoven?
Frideric?
