    Dissected bad egg WARNING: GRAPHIC!

On day 32 of my first clutch (6 good eggs) I had an equipment malfunction which caused one egg to go bad and another one to collapse. I was able to get things stabilized and kept the 2nd egg alive til day 42 when it started to deteriorate. I candled to find no veins or movement, just solid green mass. I pulled it but instead of toss it, I decided to dissect it. Figured I could at least learn something from it and post it for other new breeders who have never seen the inside of a midway developed egg.

Shell completely removed. The yoke was hard.
