    Room ventilation

So as of right now, I have my female ball pythons tank out in the living room of our home. The room has better air flow, natural lighting and humidity compared to my bedroom. However, soon I'll be upgrading her tank to a t8 from animal plastics and getting a male banana spider as well. In order to avoid annoying my boyfriend and our roommate with my reptiles, I was going to move the setups to the bedroom, which for some reason has poor air circulation. Last month when I had her tank in there, she had a terrible shed. Had to soak her several times. Since I've moved her, her whole demeanor has changed. I think the stuffiness and darkness of the bedroom bothered her and I want to prevent that if I move her again to the room. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this? Perhaps some fans to move the air around? Should I get a humidifer?
