    Imo, first, try to increase the ventilation in the enclosure by making more holes or slits in the transparent parts of it. Is that glass or plexiglass? It doesn't look like plastic. Can you drill holes into the wood part? 95% is very high. Try to turn on a stationary fan or two and see how much that helps. Maybe the room needs to have a window at least cracked. The water bowl doest look that large at all but maybe you want to downsize to a smaller bowl temporarily. Then just double check the humidity level with another hygrometer to make sure you are getting a accurate reading.
