Sure looks hypo to me, I've hatched hypo cinnamons that look somewhat similar, I wouldn't be surprised if both breeders were also het hypo.
Ringers can often be seen in animals that are het pied. Ringers crop up randomly in other stuff as well so it's not a great indicator but the trait does seem to crop up in het pieds fairly often.Forgive the noobness of my question but, why? What does it mean if that pops up in a ball?
