First off, I'm new here, so hey everyone!
I'm on Day 58 of my first *successful* clutch (my first ever clutch was five slugs). I've got 6 dimpled nice pretty white eggs. I've incubated them at 88.5, so Day 58 (today) is the day I'm expecting to see something. However, so far I've got nothing. Nada. Occasionally I candle the eggs just to check that they're okay and sometimes the move, sometimes they don't. I really don't want to cut- I'm afraid to hurt the snakes. But I've decided that if none of them have made a move by Day 60, I'll get brave and buckle down and do it.
So my question is, should I see something happen today? People seem to think that when they are incubated at 88.5 they pip on Day 58. Am I just being impatient? Or should I be worried?
Thank you!
