I have a female sugar 100% het hypo who always looks like she is in the very first stage of shedding. Her eyes are not blue but she always has a dull look to her. It is kind of hard to explain. When she is in shed, the only way to tell is if you catch her when her eyes are blue. She has a very pronounced black back but because of the milky dull look, it looks to have a blue tint to it all the time. When she does shed, her sheds should have some black to it but it doesn't. I am comparing this to my other darker snakes. It is the strangest thing. Is this how sugars are supposed to look or is there some sort of condition that causes this? She sheds normally, about once every 4-5 weeks healthy full sheds. I tried taking a picture of it but it does not show up on the pictures. None of my other snakes do this.
