ok so ive owned a bp for a lil over a month now, and hes shed once and it was problematic had to soak twice and let him slither through a warm town so i could help him get his old skin off. now i know my problem is my humidity and i see how to add photos, just registered today so still new to this. but ive tried a few fixes to keep humidity up but it dosnt seem to help, covered most of the screen top with damp towels helped a lil but not enough, heard aluminum foil would help better so i have that on the top right now, misting is now automatic due to the monsoon unit i bought a few days after the bad shed. had it set to run every 4 hours for 2 mins, one it didnt help humidity too much and two when i cleaned he cage there was a good amount of water underneath his beding which im assuming is very bad and can lead to respiratory infection, so i dropped it to 30 secs every 4 hours. have the uth and a heat lamp which i know takes away but i also live in vegas so im fighting that too "its a dry heat" lol. the only thing that really seems to help is a moist hide not sure if this is a good idea but i have a small hid in center of his cage with damp moss that i mist daily, anyways im really starting to stress, ive only had a short while and i already love him to death and hes just my lil badass. cant figure out how to upload a pic so if you guys need them need help on that, btw the beding is reptibark, went to that after i was told it held humidity better then the aspen
