I went to Repticon today in Costa Mesa looking for some ball pythons.
Saw a lot of cool stuff but not a lot of babies. Guess that will have to wait for NARBC later this year.
But I did find two cool little balls that I'm excited about raising and possibly being the first ball pythons I ever breed.
This one is an enchi male, het clown. What caught my eye was the connected neck stripe I really like it. Price wasn't too bad either.
My other pick up is just a female pastel. Wasn't planning to add a single gene pastel to my collection but what caught my attention about her is that she doesn't have a jungle pattern that most pastels and even normals these days, have. She also has that awesome behind the head stripe connection so if I pair her up with the enchi in a few years, maybe it could prove to be genetic?
None of her side patterns connect to her dorsal stripe.
