It's not a photo thread.
I was able to take a nice 2 hour trip and get some "hands on" with a lot of SD retics and some reasonably sized adult male mainland breeders. Some where 7-8 years old and maybe 9-10 feet long and pretty slim like similar to some of the stuff in Reptile Experts' videos.
The mainland stuff seemed just a click too large for the setup I'll be able to provide if I want a display as my coastal is well on it's way to being a large snake. She is 5 and a half feet now and is not 2 years old until mid June and she'll be in a cage that is 24"-30" tall.
If I can make a super dwarf male work in a 48" x 24" x 14" I'll likely try.
If folks are interested, search hard in your home states or order now as the restrictions hit April 9.
These are really fun and interesting animals and I'd hate to see people on the fence miss out.
