I have not played this game for several years and have tried to get my old account back.

there was only 2 email addresses I could have used and have asked for password help in both and it says email sent, which I have not received.

I tried to open another account but every nicname I have chosen it says username taken, which is wrong I even tried a random selection of symbols.

please help
