After lurking around this forum for years, I am making my first post. I have had ball pythons for years, along with iguanas, uromastyx, bearded dragons, and a tegu. This is my first time breeding ball pythons. I had paired a pastel female with a mojave male both of which I raised since they were babies. We ended up with 4 eggs in total, all were good, and all have now hatched. I incubated at around 88 to 88.5 degrees, made a small v shaped cut on day 55 because they were really deflating, they poked out their heads on day 57, and now the first one made its way completely out of the egg today on day 59. It looks like so far one was a pastel, 2 were mojave, and the first one out a mojave or maybe pastave? It will be easier to tell once the other two fully emerge to compare, but so far the keyholes / alien heads appear to be more yellow on this one than on the other 2 snakes. Any thoughts from those of you who are more well trained in determining these things? Here are some pics of the whole clutch:
The pastel
The two I think are mojave
And the one that I think is mojave, maybe pastave?
Any thoughts on these? Thanks!
