Anything to be concerned about this vent?

This is my Spinner Blast "Slider", which I purchased about a month ago. Actually this is the ugly-end of him. I'm writing to ask if the appearance of his anal vent is normal or something to be concerned about. Specifically, he seems to have a larger vent, and more curved vent than what I'm used to seeing. It's shaped like a fingernail rather than straighter across. Second, and this may just because it's large/curved, it seems to easily open up and show the pink inside almost like an open wound. This happens when he's "sliding" around (not constantly though) and not just because I am slightly bending his tail below (as in pic #1).

At the time the breeder popped him and so I thought it was just a momentary thing, but after several weeks I can see it's not. Is this just a genetic thing and/or is it a concern?
