    Baby Ball Python Feeding

3 weeks ago I purchased a ball python that is nearly 4 months old. He ate perfectly for the previous owner but REFUSES to eat for me. I have tried everything. I am feeding frozen/thawed as the previous owner did.
The day before I purchased him the previous owner sized him up to a rat pup. She told me that he ate it just fine.
I'm wondering if the snake won't eat because he is simply not hungry to due his upsized food. It did seem to take him a while to digest it.
Other than that, should I worry about such a young ball python not eating for that long? Previously he was fed once a week.
    Any other tips?
    Thank you!

EDIT: I noticed this morning that he seems to be beginning shedding. His skin is looking very wrinkly. Could this have something to do with it?
