Just wanted to give the Galloway boys of Loxahatchee Herp Hatchery and Perfect Prey a shout out here.

Just got my first feeder order from them today and I am very impressed. The box was extremely well packaged. I used fedex 2 day ground and the box sat on my 80ish degree porch for most of the day but everything was still thoroughly frozen when I opened it. Each individual pack of rats was neatly stacked on a Styrofoam meat tray and vacuum sealed. All rat sizes were perfectly uniform (and I do mean perfect, I expect some degree of size variety but there was none) as well as exactly what I consider when I picture those sizes (IE no weans being passed as smalls, ect).

The website was easy to use, my order cost me exactly what the shipping calculator said it would, and I recieved prompt email notification. I placed my order at work on friday, immediately recieved a confirmation email stating my order would process and ship on monday. On monday I recieved 3 separate emails, two from perfect prey and one from FedEx keeping me in the loop.

Shipping was 35 and some change, again fedex 2 day ground, which is pretty standard from what ive paid in the past other places. Prices were right in line with other sites if not cheaper. The only way to get a better deal price wise is to jump on a rodent pro inventory clearing special, which I specifically chose not to do this time around as the overall quality I got last time from rodent pro was not in line with my expectations.

Overall I was very happy with my order and will gladly do business with them in the future.

Semi off topic; had a bunch of unexpected expenses last week, so my snakes will officially be eating better then me this week. Gotta take care of the babies ya know?
