Hi everyone. This is my second Ball Python and I've never had a problem with eye caps being stuck, but one of my snake's eyes has a wrinkle in it, and I have tried EVERYTHING to get it to go away. I've tried soaking her, I've tried raising the humidity a little, and nothing seems to work. I've researched for hours but the the only answer I can find is that its a retained eye cap, but I feel like that's not the case because I can see that the eye caps came off when she sheds. I've been dealing with this for months and I don't know what to do. I would love to go to a vet, but exotic vets around here are seriously expensive and unfortunately I don't have that kind of money![]()
Any opinions on what it might be or what I can do would be greatly appreciated. I love my snake so much and I want her to be as healthy as can be. Also, her eyes seem to stick out more than any other snake I've seen. I have no idea if she's bug eyed or what...I'm new here so once I figure out how to post a picture I will lol Also, sorry for all the typing, I just wanted to give as much detail as I could.
