So my situation is this, I took a Super Pastel Clown to several females this last year, the last pairing was 2 months ago. Since then I believe I've gotten two females to their pre-lay sheds. There are still three others he bred but its getting pretty late for them to ovulate. Assuming they do not ovulate, I would like to pair them in Nov-Dec to a different male, a Pastel Homozygous recessive. Is there any way to 100% know that the babies from that pairing arent from my Super Pastel Clown? As i understand it, the females could retain sperm from my Super Pastel Clown and either use that or end up split clutching. I don't want to be on the line in a few years with a customer who received a het clown instead of a het ******.
