HELP with a twisted umbilical please !

This is my first year breeding and my last clutch came out yesterday ( pics soon) all except one. I cut the egg open further today to find that the baby had its umbilical cord twisted around its head and had a lot of (what I assume is yolk) left. I cut the baby out of the egg and found that its umbilical was twisted up. I untwisted put it in a tub and put it back in the incubator. Can anyone tell me if I should try and let it digest what is left or do I need to tie it off and cut it? I had one that in another clutch this year that was in a egg that I thought was going to go bad but after the others from that clutch came out and it didn't I cut the egg away (because I thought that the baby was badly deformed) and found that the baby was ok but its yolk had hardened and was unable to be absorbed so I tied it off and cut it loose) and that baby is fine. But this egg did not look bad at all and the umbilical was just twisted so I don't really know about what to do in this situation. The baby seems fine and I would love to keep it that way so some more experienced opinions would be appreciated.
