Greetings all after a long absence!!

I have been thinking that Mycroft has been in the shed for the last week, but have been having a hard time regulating the temperature properly. Today, I checked on him, and find that he has indeed tried to shed, but has been unsuccessful. He has managed to shed about 6 square inches of skin off his sides, but he has retained skin on his head and basically everywhere else.

What should I do?? I have not dealt with this yet, so I would appreciate any help you can offer
