Please Help!! Not sure whats wrong!!!

My husband and I have several BP's and when we went to check on them all tonight one of them had an EXTREMELY swollen tail. It feels to be fluid filled with one hard spot, feels like a 1/2in round ball, about a inch up from the cloaca, where the swelling stops. It ate a F/T small rat on Wednesday, and we soaked all the snakes in warm water yesterday. Yesterday there was no swelling and only the bulge from the rat it ate the previous day. It doesn't seem to be in pain even when we touch it. The vets office isn't open until Monday and we don't know what to do until then. It is pretty much swollen from the rat to the cloaca. We soaked it again just now and that's when I took these pictures. It is about 2ft long and seems perfectly healthy except the swelling. The temps are 80F cold side to 91F warm side.
