New Additions: 0.2 '13 Central American (CA) Boa Babies!

Wanted to share my two newest girlies I got from Jimi Snakes! I've been wanting to get into CAs for some time now, and loving everything T+ I knew I wanted a little albino. I saw a subadult male at the Phx Expo over two years ago and that sealed the deal for me. While doing research I came across the motleys too and they rival in beauty to Colombian motleys! Most adults turn really dark black/brown and have crazy iridescence vs Colombian motleys who are usually lighter in color with more defined saddles. I came across some new ads Jimi put up on Fauna awhile ago and these two little girls caught my eye immediately: I think they're both A+ babies!

First is the motley girl coming in at 80 grams from a CA Motley x CA het T+ pairing. She was born on July 27th, 2013: what drew me to her was her beautifully intricate side pattern, cool deep red "bleeded" tail color and pattern, and her overall lighter coloring that really shown off her near perfect saddle pattern. Unnamed at this time:

    Waiting in her cup...

    Check out that iridescence!

These really show off her cool side pattern and perfect saddles:

Next is my little T+ girlie: easiest the nicest T+ baby I've ever seen. Coming in at 66 grams she was born on July 22nd, 2013 from a CA Hypo Het T+ x CA Het T+ pairing. Her coloring is ridiculous: her tail is such a rich solid orange-red and she has super nice saddle and side pattern too. I can't wait to see how she grows and colors up: I think she's going to rival some CA sunglows out there! Unnamed also at this time:

    Security blanket:

Which when I took it away she threw a fit and wouldn't sit still for some decent photos:

These are my 4th snakes from Jimi and I fully recommend him for anyone looking for a boa! My Argentines from him are top shelf quality and these girls and his other animals are no different. Now I just need to add a BCC or two and my boa collection will be "complete"!

    Thanks for looking
