    human brain

Hey. I used to know all this, but I haven't even thought about it in like six months so I've forgotten almost everything I knew... Hopefully someone here knows. I know emotions and mental status is based on certain chemical levels within the brain, but I forgot which part of a humans brain actually let's us have those emotions. Isn't it the frontal lobe that processes most emotions? (Such as planning, decision making)
I.E: what makes humans feel emotions, and what makes snakes NOT have emotions. I did a little research but like I said... It's been awhile.
