To start thing off, over the last two weeks my hours at Izzy's have been cut from 11 posted hours (depending on how busy they are I could be released early or stay longer) to 7.5 posted hours because it is now the off season. Next my Pinstripe girl who I had planned on trying to switch to rats in two weeks decided she wasn't going to eat two weeks in a row... I'm still going to try getting her on rats as scheduled only because I need to use up the snake food left in my freezer. If she doesn't take I'll just have to increase the mice I feed her, but at 1300 grams it'd be nice to get her on rats... And then today I had to go and pick up my little sister from cross country. No big deal. I decided to surprise her by bringing her chihuahua to come greet her. I had the center console up to give them more space, since my 60 lbs mutt was also in the front, and she decided that wasn't enough space and jumped on my lap. That made it hard to drive, and since I was on a straight stretch of back roads and going slow I put the center console down and proceeded to put her in the passenger seat with my dog. In doing so, I went off the road into the ditch. Dogs are fine (that chihuahua can get back in my lap fast when she wants to) and I'm fine, but by truck is now missing a right headlight... Not making the mistake of taking her with again... Worst that happened (other than my poor truck) is a little scare and my dog slid around a little.

I'm not sure if it has any relation, but I did just put the new 50% Super Dwarf Retic boy I got in the tub above my pin since their temperature requirements were so close. And no, I was a really bad girl and didn't quarantine him... I wasn't going to the expo to get a snake (and thus didn't have anything set up for quarantine). I went to get my mom some ceramic frogs... On a side note, I bought her three really pretty ones!
