I adopted a new puppy from our local shelter this morning. She's an 8.5 week old german shepherd/lab mix female. I was looking for a friend for my 1.5 year old husky male for when I'm at work/school and can't play with my husky all day. She was brought into the shelter by a family that had an unexpected litter and couldn't take care of all of them. I almost came home with 2, but my place isn't big enough for 3 dogs at the moment.
She currently weighs 6 lbs.
