So, my ball is doing wonderfully as of late. It's ungodly hot and muggy outside, but he's got it made in his climate-controlled little vivarium. (Lucky, some of us have class to go to...)

But there's something that's been perplexing me about his behavior for awhile now. See, there's a backdrop in the tank. I think it's made of styrofoam, it looks like a rock wall and it sits up against the glass in the back of the tank. It used to have a vine that he could climb(it's kind of broken now). Sometimes in the middle of the night for no apparent reason he'll squeeze himself through a gap and wedge himself between the wall and the glass. If you move him from there, he'll often go right back, which led my friends to joke that he was doing it for my attention.

Otherwise, he's perfectly fine. Alert, curious, clean and no problems.

Is there a reason he does this? Is it warmer there, or is he just weird?
