So everything has been going good with all my bp's until this morning. I checked the room as I normally do at least twice a day. Yesterday I was feeding so I turn off the heater normally when in there. When I left I turned it on (thermostat controlled). This morning I walk in the room and it was excessively hot. I looked at the thermostats throughout the room and the read 94-95. I forgot to set it in auto mode (I think). I opened the windows and threw on the ceiling fan and dropped the temp to 91-92 fairly quickly. I checked all my snakes and they all seem to ok some in their water dish that never had been before. I now have the door open and the windows open with the fan off to let the temperature drop more gradually. I feel so bad! I already decided once the room cools I am adding an additional thermostat as a safety to kill the heater in case of a mishap. Any suggestions from here? Is there any thing to look for or be worried about?
