    Pastel vs. No Pastel Comparisons

The pastel was my first morph, back when pastels were thousands of dollars. They are common and cheap now, but I still love a pretty pastel, and love them even more in combos. I made some pastel pairings this season, and wondered, especially in the case of the pastel ivory, if I'd be able to tell it apart from a regular ivory. Turns out the pastel really brightens even an ivory, especially since baby ivories can have a gray cast when they start out. Here are some pastel vs. no pastel comparisons I put together for the fun of it.

    Pastel Ivory vs. Ivory

Pastel Vanilla vs. Vanilla (These two happen to also be Het Puzzle)

    Pastel Puma vs. Puma

The Puma, like the Ivory, will lighten as it grows. It will be interesting to see what the addition of Pastel does to the color changes as they develop.

Please share your pastel vs. no pastel pics if you've got them!
