New additions photoshoot!
The story:
I planned on adding some snakes to the collection this year, I had narrowed my selection down to Mojave and Fire. Well, a facebook ad went up for someone local to me for a 2013 0.1 Mojave for $100. I couldn't beat that with a stick if I tried. So, we geared up and headed (half way across the state) to the sellers house. Wonderful people, and we may even pick up a puppy from them (but that's another thread!). So, we're talking about his collection and he's showing me a bunch of stuff. I got to hold a LOT of things I'd never seen in person before: Caramels, Pieds, Desert, Tiger to name a few. Then he shows me a BEL, just reaffirms that's where I want to go with some of my breeding projects in the future. Gorgeous snake. He then mentions that the Mojave I paid for and have in hand is it's sister. Alright, cool, but here's the third sister: A lesser! Now, some may remember that I lost my original Lesser female to an escape into a dryer. After that I had moved on away from the Lesser gene and decided on Fire. Well, he pitches it to me for another $100 dollars, and if I buy it he'll also give me an incubator: all I gotta do is pick it up (this saturday! And I'll post pictures!). So, I look at the wife and she asked how much were we saving if we went ahead and took the deal. A lot. Like, a lot. So, I went for one snake and left with two plus an incubator down the line! And, a great connection in my local reptile community!
Without further adieu, here they are!
0.1 Lesser, she was only $100 because she hatched out on 6-30 and has had a singular meal since. Well, picture number one is of course my magic at work!

What I actually went to get, and am IN LOVE with! She's just the right amount of brightness I love to see in Mojaves. She's gonna be a great momma some day!
0.1 Mojave

Now, I didn't know this was possible, and I'll try to mix in the photos of this, but heterochromia in snakes? It's like this: http://imgur.com/CVdBGCZ but flip flopped. It is NOT like this only in the sun, she has this inside, outside, light dark, all the time. We thought it was only a single eye that had it, but she shed out for us (bought her in shed) and now I can clearly see both eyes have it. I can get more pictures later.
