Just a few days ago I went to my local exotic pet store to buy my.lil girl her first medium rat. It was feeding day for a few of their BPs so.I was more than happy to wait for the herp guy to finish up while i watched... fresh killed rodents doing the WORST and most aggressive zombie dance I've ever seen at least 2 went without a meal cuz they were spooked! I wanted to offer suggestions but didnt as I'm sure he wouldn't wanna hear em. Up until now I've never seen poor practices at this place so disappointing. I'll try n get some pics up later this week aside from maintenance feeding their baby balls most of their practices are top notch... they have an awesome collection of animals I'd like to share
