I'm sure everyone has seen/thought of this, but just in case.........
Depending on what you spray your walls down with to clean your tanks (weak bleach, etc), take the time to rinse VERY well. I have seen my bp drink the "dew" off the walls on many occasion. (they get pretty moist when I up the humidity for shed time). Watching him today got me thinking about how many times he's done it when I haven't seen. Luckily I'm pretty anal about my husbandry and clean the whole tank in the tub, rinsing like a madman when cleaning products are required.
It never really occured to me about ingestion, though. I was always mainly concerned with harsh fumes. Nothing changes in personal husbandry practice, but figured I'd post a thought and do my best to help avoid those painful "mystery deaths" when someone's bp up and croaks and they rack the old noodle trying to figure out what happened.
