I'm all out of ideas in regards to this problem and humidity..

Alright, well I've had my RBI sweaterbox rack for almost a week now. Everything has been great so far except for the humidity, I didn't have this problem outside of a rack when I just used individual tubs so I tried everything with little to no positive results.

I have two of four tubs setup to go in my rack. more then enough holes in one tub, and the second tub has less holes. I went from decent sized dishes of water to smaller ones, and I've also tried not filling them up as much. There is barely any water in each of those when the picture was taken. I didn't get any real results from that either. I don't wanna keep poking holes in these tubs because I already got carried away on one of the tubs. the RH in my house goes anywhere from 45-60% depending on what it's doing outside, etc. I also have a fan going in the room for my comfort so there is air circulating around but still.. tubs hold at 65-70% no matter what I have tried. I drill any more holes in these tubs I might as well use them as a kitchen strainer.

I just would like to hit 60% humidity and hold it there. I have packing paper from home depot, that's basically unprinted newspaper. That is the only thing I have left to try, I am stumped.
