The 7 egg Mojave x Lesser clutch is on day 51 and I want to cut so bad...I see good movement when I candle, but I am still really worried that the temp spike that happened during the accident in the snake building has caused deformities. Temps in the incubator were 96f when I came in the snake building and I am not sure how long it was that high. My buddy who was watching the snake building while we were gone had checked on them before he left at about 5:00pm - 6:00pm. We got home about midnight, so the longest it could have been is about 7 hours, which is still a long time. But hopefully with all the water bottles and it being sealed in the incubator, it took it a while for the temps to get that high.
I want to cut so I can see if they are all ok (plus see what I got) but I will use every ounce of patience I have to wait till the first one pips... Anyone else going as crazy as me?
