    What's your female breeding schedule

Hey all. I have 4 females total. Two of them just laid in the last month. Both will probably gain enough weight back by January (which is when I start pairing). The question is, if I pair them up again in January is that enough time to recover? I am just concerned about their overall health and well being. I don't want to "overbreed." What kind of schedules do you guys go with? Every season or every other season? Thanks.
