Nervous new owner...
I've had my little crestie for 8 days now! So far, I'm in absolute love with him/her. Couscous is 7g and is living in an 12 x 12 x 18 glass terrarium. I've got a ground hide, drift wood, vines, plants, water dish on the ground, and a magnetic feeding ledge with both CGD and water in it at all times. He (I keep referring to him/her as a he until proven otherwise) gets misted twice a day, once in the morning and once before I go to bed. He's kept in the mid 70s all the time.
This is my first lizard species. For some reason, I feel like this little guy/gal is super fragile. I'm a little terrified to hold him because he's so small and I don't want to "break" him and because I do not want to be the cause of him dropping his tail! I know that it's a common thing and it's nothing to worry about, but do yall have any tips to help me be less nervous around my new addition? Even though I still love him to pieces and he's so fun to have around, I want to be able to handle him a little more without worrying that I'm going to hurt him!
