So last weekend I adopted a very sweet, mild mannered bearded dragon. Named him Dracarys (couldn't help it...) and he's adjusting to his new home as best he can. Now, my dog, Tank, will not leave Dracarys alone (who stays in his tank, but every time he moves Tank is running over and making doggie noises that I'm sure are "Get that thing out of there and put him on the floor I want to play with him!!"). I have geckos and a ball python too, but since they aren't extremely active (at least not during the day when Tank is awake to see them) he never really gave them any notice.

I know mostly it will take time, but I was wondering if anyone had the same issues with introducing new pets (like small ones to dogs) and if there were any tips or tricks you found that helped the situation.
