I've read so many horror stories about online transactions/people having their work stolen. I think I'll just stick to things in person.

This guy is smart enough to use Proxy showing him all over the place so IP ban is not an option.

With the right tools it's really easy to track someone down even if they are using a proxy. The alternative a lot of sites use is to just not allow proxies. No real reason to be using it unless you're up to no good.
