    Freedom breeder bullcrap

I recently ordered a ten level freedom breeder rack. I got the rack only to find that two of the levels were broken and they forgot to send me wheels. Frustrated I sent an email to tell them what was wrong. It took them a little over two weeks to send me the parts. Not really a problem except they never answered any of my emails or phone calls. I was left completely in the dark. The replacement parts just arrived yesterday. I was too busy to work on it then, but this morning when I went to put it together I noticed that one of the new levels is also bent! I have had enough. I have animals on their way here and needed this rack up and running over two weeks ago.

Is freedom breeder really that good? The rack I got is crazy heavy. I want to know what you think I should do. I am leaning towards sending it back, and just buying a vision rack. They cost about half as much and are lighter from my understanding. I will need to be moving some in the next few years for school. That would be a huge plus. The only reason I got this rack in the first place was because of how good they are suppose to be.

What are your opinions on these racks?
