Hi there,
I'm new here, and new to keeping ball pythons in general...I've kept chameleons and other lizards for years, so this'll be my first snake. I have a little male Bumblebee coming within the next week or so, and wanted to order his setup supplies by tomorrow or Tuesday, but first wanted some input on preferred brands, etc. I've used Vypyrz' tutorial (http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...e-Basics-*DUW*) as a guide, as I like the tub approach, but was confused on a few things.
The snake I'm receiving is currently 220 grams...what size tub should I get him? 16 qt? 32 qt? I'd like something that'll last awhile, so I won't have to go get him a new tub in 3 months, but something that's not overwhelmingly big.
In terms of a UTC and a thermostat, do you guys have any suggestions of what you like? I was thinking a Zoo-med UTC with a BAH-1000DC thermostat.
